OBJECTIVES OF THE
JUNIOR FAIR

To encourage junior activities as organized in
Russell County.

To improve the educational value of the Russell
Fair.

To encourage rural youth to simulate the
interest of rural youth in the Russell Fair.
GENERAL RULES AND
REGULATIONS
Participation in
the Junior Fair is open to youths who are members of a 4-H club in
Russell County.
