2011 Terms and Conditions

1. |
The Russell
Agricultural Society reserves the right to accept or reject any
exhibit.
|
|
2. |
The Russell
Agricultural Society requires each vendor to carry $2,000,000
liability insurance and to provide, with payment, a Certificate of
Liability Insurance naming the Russell Agricultural Society as an
additional insured.
|
|
3. |
|
| |
a)
|
|
All cord sets
and ends must be CSA approved and must meet hydro inspection
specifications or power will be discontinued until repaired. |
|
| |
b) |
|
All cords must
be SO or SOOW rated. |
|
| |
c)
|
|
All cords must
be sized as per requirements of load to meet the hydro code table

| |
d) |
|
Cord length to
be predetermined and supplied by vendor. |
|
| |
e)
|
|
Cords can be
connected to panel ONLY by qualified electrician appointed by
Russell Agricultural Society. The charge for this service will be
$75/hr(Russell Fair rate)**minimum charge$75.00**. |
|
|
4. |
Each
vendor is responsible to obtain and pay for the necessary permits,
licenses and inspections that may be required.
|
|
5. |
All food vendors
must be on site by Friday, September 9, 2011 at 12:00pm.
|
|
6. |
Clearly priced menu
must be on display. |
|
7. |
Exhibitors must not
damage or deface any part of the fairgrounds, the use of nails or paints
on pavement are prohibited. |
|
8. |
All food vendors must
be manned at all times by the vendors or other qualified
representatives. |
|
9. |
All Board of Health
standards and regulations must be rigorously maintained by the vendor.
Breeches of any health regulation shall result in the immediate
expulsion from the Fair without refund. |

10. |
New food concessions
are required to include a photograph of the concession with their
application. |
|
11. |
All additional
trailers and requirements for power MUST be listed on application or
power/space may not be available. Please note you pay for the additional
power requirements. |

12. |
No pets of any kind
are allowed on the fairgrounds. This policy does not apply to seeing eye
dogs or animals bought in as part of an exhibit with permission of the
Russell Agricultural Society. |

13. |
Every precaution will be
taken to protect your property, however the Russell Agricultural Society
cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods brought onto
the fairgrounds |
|
14. |
Upon acceptance of your
application the terms and conditions noted herein become part of the
agreement between you, the exhibitor, and the Russell Agricultural
Society |
