Non-Food Concessions 2010

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming 152nd Russell Fair. Due to Curling Club expansions there will changes to the layout of concessions

Outdoor non-food concessions will be adjacent to the Curling Club and the Arena on the Russell Fairgrounds (Concession St., Russell, 25 miles southeast of Ottawa). They will be provided with a 10-foot frontage. There are no time restrictions. Due to the fact that a truck pull will be held in addition to the cattle show on Thursday evening, September 9, outdoor concessions may be open that evening if they wish. There will no longer be an Action Alley (Tent).

Indoor concessions, which will be provided with a 10-foot frontage, will be located inside the Russell Curling Club and will be open to the public during the following hours: Saturday, September 11, 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 12, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is the possibility of opening Friday evening depending on the interest of vendors. (Please respond on application)

Please note: All concessions using hydro will be subject to an extra $10.00 fee per plug.

Cheques made payable to the Russell Agricultural Society should be mailed to:
P.O. Box 730, Russell ON  K4R 1E8
Please note, there is an additional $20.00 charge on NSF cheques.

No spaces will be confirmed until payment is received. No post-dated cheques accepted. Sorry, no refunds. Each concession owner will be issued a maximum of two exhibitor passes for the weekend. These passes must be presented at the gate or you will be charged an admission fee.

The committee will try to ensure that no two exhibitors of the same nature are located beside each other based on the information we receive from the concession owners on the application form.
