edition of the Russell Fair September 8-11, 2011.
With the completion of the Curling Club addition and the updates to the
arena there will be changes to the layout of outdoor and indoor
concessions.

Hours for
public inside Curling Club
FRIDAY
September 9-2011 10:00 -8:00 exhibitors who wish to be open all or part
of day are welcome to. This is not mandatory.
SATURDAY September 10 09:30-7:00
SUNDAY September 11 09:30-4:00
Hours for
outside--must be open minimum same hours as curling club vendors--no
other time restrictions. Due to the fact that Thursday evening events are
taking place on the fairgrounds outdoor concessions may be open if they
wish.
No spaces will be confirmed until payment is received.
The Russell Agricultural Society reserves the right to accept or refuse any
exhibit. Vendors will be notified by e-mail or telephone to confirm
acceptance of their application.
It is required that each exhibitor carry a minimum of at least one
million dollars liability insurance (or equivalent amount on their
homeowners policy)
The concessions committee will try to ensure that no two exhibitors of the
same nature are located beside each other based on the information we
receive from the application form.

Terms and Conditions

1. |
The Russell
Agricultural Society reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit. |
|
2. |
All articles for sale
must be clearly marked. |
|
3. |
All exhibits must be
manned at all times by the exhibitor or other qualified representatives.
Vacant booths may be closed by committee members. |
|
4. |
The Curling Club will
be open at 7:30 Saturday for booth set up. All booths must be in place
by 9:30 am for opening to the public. No exhibits may be dismantled
before Sunday at 4:00pm without the permission of the concessions
committee. |

5. |
NO LASER PINS, LASER
LIGHTS OR KNIVES ALLOWED on fairgrounds. These products are banned and
their sale will not be permitted. |

6. |
Upon request two
chairs and a table will be provided to each booth. All tables are to be
covered to the floor and made as attractive as possible. |
|
7. |
Some electrical
outlets are available but no guarantee can be given. Please indicate on
your application if you require electricity and we will do our best to
provide the service. Exhibitor will need to provide extension cords. |
|
8. |
Each exhibitor is responsible
for obtaining their necessary vendors permits. |
|
9. |
Exhibitors must not
damage or deface any part of the building or grounds, the use of nails
or paints on walls or floors are prohibited. |
|
10. |
No pets of any kind
are allowed on the fairgrounds or in the buildings. This policy does not
apply to seeing eye dogs or animals bought in as part of an exhibit with
permission of the Russell Agricultural Society. |

11. |
Every precaution will
be taken to protect your property, however the Russell Agricultural
Society cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods
brought onto the fairgrounds. |

12. |
It is required that
each Exhibitor carry a minimum of at least one million dollars liability
insurance. |
|
13. |
Each exhibitor owner
will be issued a maximum of two weekend exhibitor passes.
These passes must be presented at the gate or you will be charged an
admission fee. |

14. |
Upon acceptance of
your application the terms and conditions noted herein become part of
the agreement between you, the exhibitor, and the Russell Agricultural
Society. |
