This
popular feature of the Russell Fair never ceases to bring in brave
participants and curious spectators! This year will be no different.
What
arduous physical challenges will there be? Will there be unusual
cuisine for contestants to ingest? Will there be slimy, crawly or just
plain strange things to see? Most of all...
Competitors
must register with the committee chair prior to the event.
There is no entry fee.
All competitors must be 16 years of age or older.
Elimination round to be held on Saturday, September 6, at
10:30 a.m. leaving 3 male and 3 female competitors for the 3
remaining events taking place.
Event #1 takes place on Saturday, September 6, at 2:30 p.m.;
Event #2 takes place on Sunday, September 7, at 10:30 a.m.;
Event #3, the final event, takes place on Sunday, September 7,
at 2:30 p.m.
Winner of competition will
be presented with a $1,000 cash prize with the possibility of
a bonus prize.
