OBJECTIVES OF THE JUNIOR FAIR

1.       To encourage junior activities as organized in Russell County.

2.       To improve the educational value of the Russell Fair.

3.       To encourage rural youth to become open class exhibitors at the Russell Fair.

4.       To simulate the interest of rural youth in the Russell Fair.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

   1. Participation in the Junior Fair is open to youths who are members of a                    4-H club in Russell County.

        2.   The Russell 4-H Association reserves the right to refuse any entry that,                    in their opinion, is not in the best interest of the Russell Fair.
