clearly on poster.

RULES |

A) |
Must be hand drawn. |
|
B) |
Poster size - minimum 11"
x 17" (28 cm x 43 cm) to a maximum 12” x 18” (30 cm x 46 cm). |

C) |
Must be mounted on a
black Bristol Board creating a 2” border. |
